Assessment

Approval
Before moving into detailed design and engineering, we collaborate closely with you to finalize the machine’s placement and integration within your facility. This phase involves developing mechanical and electrical schematics, which are provided for your review and approval. It's crucial to assess these documents carefully, offering feedback on utility connections, network signals, and the onsite arrangement of components. By the end of this stage, we will have the detailed insights needed to proceed with design and manufacturing, while you’ll have all the information necessary to prepare your site for installation.
Design & Engineering
In this stage, our team undertakes the detailed design and engineering of your machine. We meticulously develop every aspect, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as software and control panels. Our focus is on ensuring that every component integrates seamlessly and functions perfectly within your operational environment.
Manufacturing
Your machine will be custom-built and assembled at our Indiana facility. We encourage you to visit during the manufacturing process to observe the progress and provide input, ensuring the final product aligns with your expectations.
Testing
Before shipment, we rigorously test the machine at our facility, connecting and powering it to verify all functions. We simulate both manual and automatic operations to ensure everything works as intended. While customer participation is optional during this phase, we highly recommend it, as your involvement can significantly enhance the machine's final performance.
Installation and
Set Up
Our commitment continues through the installation process. We carefully pack and load your equipment, dividing it into appropriately sized modules for safe and compliant transport, based on your preferred shipping method and regulatory requirements. Then we ensure that your machine is set up accurately and functions seamlessly within your plant. We work closely with your team to guarantee a smooth transition to full operation.

Our relationship with you doesn’t end after installation. We provide ongoing support to ensure your machine operates at peak performance. This includes open lines of communication for any questions or concerns, the ability to purchase additional parts as needed, and routine maintenance packages tailored to your equipment.
